If you would like to have a custom chart created from your personal photo, you can email me a request at requests@creativestitcher.com, with your photo attached and with the following information included:

1) Your name

2) Your email address

3) The size you would like the chart to be (please choose from 8x10, 11x14, or 16x20)

4) Indicate whether or not you would like to include the photo's background in the chart, and whether you'd like to make any other changes/additions. I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.

5) Be sure to inlude the photo as an attachment. Accepted file formats are: .JPG, .GIF, and .BMP. Please limit the file size to no more than 1 MB (1000 KB). Please send no more than ONE photo at a time.

Once I receive your request, I will create the chart & send you an invoice via email within 3-5 business days. After you pay, I will then email you the chart, which will be in PDF format.

Prices for custom charts are as follows:

8x10 -	$6.00
11x14 -	$8.00
16x20 -	$10.00
